This is where I started my IT journey in the workforce. I worked for Vivint INC. in Lindon UT to troubleshoot technical issues both within the company and on the customer side. I worked in this position for a little under 1 year until Vivint moved me over into a Customer Loyalty Department. Unfortunately, I had to leave the company soon after to pursue bigger roles in the IT community.
